Shipping, Delivery, Returns

Glow & Care Pty Ltd uses Australia Post and other courier companies (DHL, FASTWAY) for all deliveries. All parcels will be delivered to the provided address. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours.

Orders will be packaged in plain boxes and unmarked for privacy and security. They will be dispatched as soon as payment and order have been processed. Allow normal postage times for delivery.

Glow & Care Pty Ltd will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels for your order if the tracking has been scanned as ‘delivered’. If Safe Drop or redirection was requested for a parcel then Glow & Care Pty Ltd will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels in these cases.

Glow & Care Pty Ltd will dispatch most orders within ONE business day Monday to Friday assuming all items are in stock. All other orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible thereafter. You will be notified via email if there are any delays in obtaining any items on your order. Order processing and delivery times may vary in peak times such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and some online promotions. Contact us for more information.

We recommend allowing 7 working days for delivery or 10 days in remote areas.

If a parcel is returned to Glow & Care Pty Ltd due to being unclaimed or because an incorrect address was submitted, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery handling and postage fee of up to $20. If the customer would prefer a refund, then the fee will then be deducted from the total order amount. Glow & Care Pty Ltd is not responsible for unclaimed parcels or parcels that have had incorrect addresses submitted during the order. Glow & Care Pty Ltd is also not responsible where if a parcel has been lost or stolen unless this occurred during transit. We provide tracking numbers and the status ‘Delivered’ will signify that the order has been successfully received.

We offer Australia Post International Express (EMS) and DHL Express for our international shipping services. All rates will be shown at checkout.

Our Express shipping service is offered via Australia Post International Express EMS and DHL Express Etc, you will find rates for them at the checkout.

For New Zealand, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, United States, and Indonesia orders we have free DHL and EMS shipping for orders over $140 (AUD).

*All prices are in Australian Dollars and do not include local taxes and import/custom duties for international orders. Glow & Care Pty Ltd is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, and additional costs associated with international orders.

Returns Policy


Our policy lasts 3 days from when you have received your order. If 3 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Postage for return is at the buyer’s expense.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase and the return postage receipt.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This will be determined by if products are still in sellable condition and they haven’t been opened.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

For Afterpay, Paypal, Stripe, and Zippay users the service fee will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service when returning products. The tracking number can be used to determine the whereabouts of your return as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
