ARE THE PRODUCTS ON GLOW & CARE AUTHENTIC?

All of our products are sourced from authorized distributors from KOREA. We pride ourselves on bringing 100% authentic and high-quality skincare and cosmetic products to make sure all of our customers are satisfied.

DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

We offer free standard shipping for orders $55 AUD and over. Free Express shipping for orders over $120. This is the total after all discounts, offers or promotions have been applied.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept DIRECT BANK TRANSFER, PAYPAL, AFTERPAY, ZIPPAY, DEBIT, and CREDIT CARDS.

IS IT SAFE TO ENTER MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS ON YOUR WEBSITE?

All payments made via Glow & Care site are processed using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). SSL refers to the process of encrypting confidential information sent over the internet. When SSL is active a padlock is displayed in the status bar of your browser, indicating that you’re in a secure environment.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

We process and ship all our orders between Monday to Friday (Weekend and Public Holidays we cannot Ship). Once we have received your order, it will be prepared and shipped the next business day. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order’s tracking number. Our orders are shipped from Perth, Western Australia.

WHEN WILL I GET MY TRACKING NUMBER?

We will send you your tracking number after your order has been dispatched/collected by the courier. Please allow at least 1 business day for us to process your order.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY DELIVERY ARRIVES?

We ship using Fastway, Australia Post, DHL, and EMS. Orders normally take between 2-10 business days to arrive. It might be slightly slower if it is shipping to rural/remote areas or during holiday periods. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do ship internationally via EMS and DHL.

HOW DO I GET A DISCOUNT CODE FOR MY FIRST ORDER?

You can sign up for our Newsletter via the Pop-Up Form, or the form located at the homepage of Glow & Care. Once you signed up, we will send you the discount code via email.

CAN I GIFT WRAP OR ADD A CARD TO MY ORDER?

Yes, we do offer gift-wrapping services and the option to add a card to your order.

WHAT DO I DO IF AN ITEM WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

Please contact us at sales@glowandcare.com.au. with your full name, order number, and an image of the damaged item. We will resolve the issue for you.

CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES FOR MY ORDER?

No. Only one discount code may be used per order and they cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.

I CANNOT FIND MY FAVOURITE KOREAN PRODUCTS/BRANDS ON Glow & Care?

We are always trying to add popular Korean skincare products to our online store. If you have any suggestions for an item or a brand, we would like to hear from you! Please email us your recommendations at sales@glowandcare.com.au and we will try to bring those brands to Glow & Care.
