Return & Refund Policy

Glow & Care Pty Ltd Return Policy

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

Change of mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Glow & Care will offer you an exchange or refund provided that:

  • You return the item within 7 days after delivery;
  • You produce your original Glow & Care Pty Ltd register receipt, online tax invoice, or other adequate proof of purchase at the time you return the item;
  • The item must not have been used or damaged in any way including that
    1. It is in its original packaging including manuals, pamphlets, and all accessories;
    2. It is unopened, unused, and is of its original saleable condition and quality*. Postage for return is at the buyer’s expense.

If these requirements are not satisfied Glow & Care Pty Ltd reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind returns.

Other returns

Glow & Care Pty Ltd will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange or refund where:

  • The product is faulty, or
  • Significantly different to those shown or described to you, or
  • The product has expired, and
  • You can present your Glow & Care Pty Ltd register receipt, online tax invoice, or other adequate proof of purchase. Glow & Care Pty Ltd reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

*Products must be of original saleable condition and acceptable quality, that is:

  • Safe, lasting, with no faults
  • Looks acceptable
  • Contains all the things included in the original product and its packaging.

Acceptable quality takes into account what would normally be expected for the type of product and cost.

Please do not send your products back to the manufacturer.

Glow & Care Pty Ltd reserves the right to:

  • Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing an exchange or refund. This may result in an exchange or refund being refused. We will notify you if we have received your returned goods and we will notify you of your refund status via email. Once the refund is approved money will be returned into credit card or via your original payment method.
  • Refunds for customers using Eftpos, Bank Transfer, or Cash will be eligible to get a full refund.
  • Refund for customers using Paypal, Afterpay, Zippay, or through any other Buy Now Pay Later systems will be not eligible to get a full refund. Merchant fees will be deducted from the purchase amount.
  • When you place an order through Afterpay, Zippay, Paypal or any other BNPL systems customer will be liable to pay any cancellation fees or service charges accrued by the service providers.

Please note:

  • Your original Glow & Care Pty Ltd register receipt or online tax invoice is the best form of proof of purchase
  • Refunds will be issued using your original payment method

For Online Orders:

Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item(s) arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receiving your order to assess the damage and to work out a solution. You may be requested to provide photographs of your item(s) and/or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution. Failure to notify our team within 7 days may result in your request being denied.

For returns under Australian Consumer Law, please contact our Customer Service Team to arrange collection of the item/s to be delivered back to our Warehouse for assessment, exchange, or refund.
